Magnetic Tape® is an adhesive elastic bandage with particles with magnetic properties measuring 5m x 5cm with a longitudinal elongation of 50-60% designed to facilitate the local and systemic modulation process when coming into contact with the electromagnetic fields of human beings acting on the cutaneous receptors and these on the cutaneous nerves allowing neural stimulation.

What is Magnetic Tape?

Magnetic Tape® is an adhesive elastic bandage with a longitudinal elongation of 50-60% designed to facilitate the metameric normalization process by producing physical ionization when it comes into contact with electromagnetic fields such as those produced by living beings thanks to the particle formulation metallic with magnetic properties that it incorporates per square centimeter, acting in an uninterrupted, painless and non-invasive way, stimulating the cutaneous receptors and nerves, allowing neural stimulation. Its maximum power is less than 2 Gauss.

Differential characteristics of Magnetic Tape®

- The tape can be used for several days. It is hypoallergenic and contains no latex or medications.

- It is waterproof.

- The application of Magnetic Tape® is completely painless, non-invasive, with immediate effect in most cases with pathology or dysfunction and without side effects described so far.

How does Magnetic Tape® work?

The epidermis is the most superficial layer of the skin and is embryologically derived from the ectoderm as the central nervous system.

Two distinct groups of nerve fibers are found in the epidermis: cutaneous sensory nerve fibers and autonomic nerve fibers.

Ultraviolet B (UVB) rays produce electromagnetic energy, directly affecting Langerhans cells, keratinocytes and melanocytes, and these modulate autonomic nerve fibers through Aδ and C fibers. Together with Merkel Cells, epidermal cells form a communication network that influences sensory transduction, inflammatory responses and the endocrine system. Due to the results of existing scientific publications on the effects of Magnetic Tape, the action of Magnetic Tape on epidermal autonomic and sensory nerve fibers can be related. 

The electromagnetic field acts as the vehicle to induce the flow of epidermal ions and does not directly stimulate the nervous tissue itself as electrical stimulation does directly. However, once the flow of ions is created, the mechanism of electrical and magnetic stimulation at the neural level is the same, producing the depolarization of the axon and the initiation of the action potential.

Storage and validity period.

- Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place.

- Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high temperatures above 37ºC and/or high humidity above 65%.

- The best performance of the tape occurs within the first year of purchase.

Warnings and Precautions

- Caution: Read and understand the Instructions for Use, Precautions and Warnings, and receive training in the correct application procedure before using Magnetic Tape®.

Caution in use or application if:

• The person is pregnant.

• The person has a pacemaker.

• The person has some contraindication to exposure to electromagnetic fields.

- Caution: Do not use excessive lengthening of the tape during application to avoid chafing or skin irritation.

Warning: 

- Do not apply to open wounds.

- Do not apply if there are skin problems, sensitive or atopic skin.

- Do not apply to people with cancer or epileptics.

- Discontinue use if application of the product causes irritation, pain, redness, discomfort or dizziness.

Composition: Cotton, elastane, acrylic adhesive and particles with magnetic properties.
