Usage:
The application of cold is indicated for the treatment of painful injuries (for example ankle sprains, minor bruises) but also to relieve chronic pain caused by musculoskeletal injuries. The cold also helps reduce numbness, inflammation, pain and helps circulation in the legs, migraines, migraines, cellulite, bites, soreness.
Do not use the Cool Roller® cold if:
Medical conditions for which it is not indicated, such as cold allergy, loss of skin sensitivity (for example diabetics), deep thrombophlebitis, for example Reynaud's disease, peripheral vascular disorders, untreated hypertension or open wounds. Seek medical advice if in doubt.
Instructions for heat massage.
Utilization:
1. Heat-based use is indicated in case of chronic musculoskeletal pain (as long as acute inflammation is not observed or the swollen area is noticeable). Heat relieves pain and helps reduce muscle spasms (for example back pain, menstrual pain, rheumatoid arthritis).
Precautions:
Do not use the product under the following conditions:
Medical situations for which heat treatment is contraindicated, peripheral vascular disease, advanced coronary heart disease, decreased skin sensitivity, significant liver or kidney failure, such as acute inflammation, dermatitis, severe venous thrombosis, use in surgically operated areas.
If in doubt, consult your doctor.
Instructions for use:
Cool Roller® is applied directly to the skin.
A)     cold use:
Cool Roller® can be applied directly to the skin for the duration of the massage. The coolness of the Cool Roller® can last up to 30 minutes, it will warm up as you use it.
Cold preparation:
Keep the Cool Roller® in the freezer so that it is always ready for use.
B)     hot use:
Apply the Cool Roller® on the area to be massaged, the heat can last approximately 30 minutes.
Preparation in hot-microwave oven:

Remove the cap from the Cool Roller®.
Place the Cool Roller® inside the microwave.
Heat the Cool Roller® at intervals following the microwave oven heating symbols.
650W 35 seconds,800W 30 seconds.
Remove the Cool Roller® carefully from the microwave oven, cover it and shake it to distribute the liquid inside well and distribute the heat evenly.

It is very important to follow the instructions for use in the microwave. Before removing the Cool Roller from the microwave, wait 3 seconds to make sure you do not lose the gel inside.

As a precaution and to avoid possible burns with the hot gel inside the Cool Roller, cover the Cool Roller with caution. For added safety, it is recommended to place the Cool Roller inside a plastic or glass bowl in the microwave.
Cool Roller always needs to be heated by or under the supervision of an adult.

Application of hot Cool Roller® on the skin:
1. Check for leaks before using the product.
2. Cap the Cool Roller® tightly.
3. Check that the temperature is desired by placing the Cool Roller® against your forearm. If it is too hot let it cool. When the temperature is optimal, apply the Cool Roller®  to the desired area.

Caution:
If you have a microwave oven of unknown power or one that varies greatly, use the defrosting program and heat the product in periods of 40 seconds.
Do not heat the Cool Roller® in a conventional oven or over a fire.

Instructions for the care and hygiene of the Cool Roller®:
A small amount of gel may come out of the Cool Roller when you microwave it. If this happens, clean the microwave once it is turned off, the gel is not toxic
You can refill the gel inside the Cool Roller with the special container for refilling the Cool Roller, which you can find in our product catalogue.

Cool Roller® and its caps can be washed directly with neutral or antibacterial soap and water after each use.
