The Pinnacle Expiratory Flow Meter measures the intensity of airflow passing through the airways when exhaling as quickly and intensely as possible.
Peak flow readings are highest when Patients are well and lower when the airways are obstructed. From changes in recorded values, patients and doctors can determine lung functionality, the severity of asthma symptoms and treatment options.

With colored zone for asthma control:

Pinnacle incorporates a traffic light, a simple self-monitoring tool for the patient. The medical staff will establish the different areas for each patient. This equipment has been individually verified and calibrated according to the adjustment procedure and verification.
