SPINEFITTER massager by SISSEL® MINI is the small version of the SPINEFITTER with 4 balls connected to each other in two lines to adapt comfortably to the spine. It is perfect to take with you on trips or in the office.

The small balls help relieve tension in individual areas and strengthen deeper muscle structures through deep pressure.

The unique shape of the SISSEL® Mini SPINEFITTER loosens the shoulder and neck area with a simple application. The small vertebral joints of the spine are opened by mechanical stimuli and blockages can be released through movement. Exercises from the fields of spinal gymnastics, Pilates and yoga can be conveniently complemented. New stimuli are established through easier joint positioning and challenging positions (balance). The intuitive operation and the quickly noticeable effect make the SPINEFITTER MINI optimal sports equipment for regular training at home or on the go.

The SPINEFITTER by SISSEL® Mini is the compact version of our innovation, the SPINEFITTER by SISSEL ®. This developed in daily work in therapeutic practice. There, Nina Metternich invented the predecessor SISSEL SpineFit. After its great success, we developed it together.
