PowerDot 2.0 electrode pads make the most of muscle stimulation by ensuring they are always in optimal condition. The package includes 2 rectangular electrode pads and 4 round electrode pads.

When should I change the pads?

The adhesive on the pads lasts on average about 20-25 applications. However, its useful life as such may vary.

Make sure the electrode pads are always clean and that the adhesive adheres properly. Replace the pads when they no longer adhere to your skin, when you notice dirt on the adhesive part, or when you begin to experience a slight tingling sensation during stimulation.

How to keep your pads in good condition

For optimal performance of PowerDot, we suggest passing a wipe with an alcohol or saline solution over the area in question to clean the skin before use. Apply the pads to clean, dry skin, making sure to clean any sweat or natural oil from the skin first.

To extend the life of your pads, we recommend frequently cleaning the adhesive part with antiseptic wipes to remove hair and grease. Stick the pads to the security sheet when you are not using them.
