Features:
Thanks to the formulation of the matrix of hydrocolloidal materials:
- Forms a gel that prevents its adhesion to the wound bed
- Allows most of the gel to be removed along with the dressing, facilitating its removal and protecting the newly formed tissue.
- It is securely attached to the perilesional skin, avoiding the risk of leaks and maceration, allowing, in turn, atraumatic and painless removal.
- By releasing moisture, it facilitates autolytic debridement and promotes the granulation phase of the wound.
- Vertical absorption of exudate: keeps the edges of the wound dry and reduces the risk of maceration.
- It can be easily cut if necessary and without risk of separation of layers.
- Soft and highly flexible: perfect adaptation to the contours of the body and greater comfort for the patient.
- Upper layer formed by semi-permeable, low-friction polyurethane film that acts as a bacterial barrier and against external contamination.
- Excellent permeability to air and water vapor: reduces the risk of maceration.
- Does not contain latex or gelatin: minimizes the risk of allergic reactions.
- The product is supplied sterile, sterilized with ethylene oxide.
The dressing may remain in place for up to 7 days, depending on wound conditions and level of exudate.

Treatment of superficial wounds with mild or moderate exudate: venous/arterial ulcers, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, skin donor areas.
