How does Prossage™ Heat work?

It is important to release the connective tissues or fascia that surround the muscle groups, nerves and blood vessels that lead to the hips, knees, ankles, shoulders, elbows, wrists and neck. Soft tissue release can be deeper and faster. The result is greater blood and oxygen supply to the vascular structures, relaxing the muscles that connect with tendons in each joint. Reducing tension in the tendons of each joint can reduce or completely eliminate trigger points, myofascial pain, tendonitis, and cartilage degeneration in the joints, thus achieving a progressive reduction in joint arthritis.
