Indicated for protection in some sports activities. Also indicated as a night splint for relief in cases of bruxism (unconscious habit of clenching or grinding the teeth).

USE

- Immerse the mouthguard in boiling water for 30 seconds

- Take it out and put it in cold water for a second

- Place on the teeth of the upper jaw, squeezing without biting excessively, fitting the teeth and marking with the teeth of the lower jaw.

- Immerse it again in hot water for 2 seconds (be careful not to burn yourself) and replace it, pressing with your fingers and tongue for a perfect fit.
