    First secure the band under your feet and grasp the handles with your hands on your shoulders, elbows bent, and palms facing forward.

    Push the handles up until your arms are close to fully extended, then slowly return to the starting position with a brief pause.

    Keep your feet steady throughout your workout


    Bicep curl:

    First secure the band under your foot and grasp the handles with your hands in front of your thighs, arms extended and palms facing up.

    Pull the handles towards your shoulders by bending your elbows and slowly return to the starting position with a short pause.

    Keep your upper arms still throughout the workout


    Lateral deltoid raise:

    First secure the band under your feet and grasp the handles with your hands on either side of your thighs, palms facing each other.

    Pull the handles out and up until your arms are parallel to the floor and slowly return to the starting position with a short pause.

    Keep your arms extended throughout the workout


    Band squat:

    First secure the band under your feet

    Crouch down and hold the handles with your hands on either side of your shoulders, palms facing forward.

    Push up by extending your legs and slowly lower yourself back down after a short pause.

    Keep your feet steady throughout your workout
